Good morning!
This photo was taken exactly a year ago. I observe that my entry was a photo from last year of same month now. Not all but most of them. I had limited time of blogging before due to not owning a personal PC and now I had all the privileged to show Iris cuteness from last year. Thanks to Project 366 Blog Photo Challenge.

Turning Recyclables Into Memories
All it takes is a short walk down the toy aisle in your local department store to see how much toys have changed over the years. Not only are most toys made out of cheap, easily breakable plastics, but they can really leave your wallet sore. There's an easy way to kill two birds with one stone here, though, and all it takes is a quick look around your own home. Taking everyday items that would either be thrown away or ignored and forgotten and turning them back into things you can use can be an exciting and memorable playtime for you and your son or daughter.
One of the easiest and most common recyclable made toys is doll house furniture. Doll house accessories can be made out of anything from wood scrap chairs to cracker box cars. If you want to make a day of it, you could take all sorts of cardboard boxes and a set of crayons or makers and create an entire custom doll house out of your recyclable treasures. It's easy to take all kinds of recyclable materials and create entire wardrobes for their toys and dolls.
Girls aren't the only ones who like to make recycled toys. Help your son make a suit of armor from milk jugs and let him be the knight of the castle for a day or turn scraps into cars for his action figures. Helping him take apart other toys to build new ones not only engages him into something creative, but also gives him the chance to see how things work while they are being taken apart. Whatever you choose to dd, make the most of this opportunity with your child. They will learn the responsibility of recycling and reusing while at the same time, creating happy memories together with you.

Pink Bear and Orange Crabby
Hello welcome to another Toy Stories story. This week me and my rainbow's share is Pink Bear stuff and Orange Crabby the crab. I actually had plenty of pillows like crabby before I give birth to Iris. It is sort of my collection. I also have collection of bears in different colors and size. I bought pink bear intented for Iris. If i remember it right I bought this one Dec. 2010.
I think I already feature some of the photo above in my other blog. I love this photos of Iris. I really find her cute in here, isn't it? :P and of course I super love the hot pink bear and colorful orange crabby.A little trivia for Bear stuff toy..or is commonly known as Teddy Bear.
The name Teddy Bear comes from former United States President Theodore Roosevelt, whose nickname was "Teddy". The name originated from an incident on a bear-hunting trip in Mississippi in November 1902, to which Roosevelt was invited by Mississippi Governor Andrew H. Longino. Shape Sorter Toy

This is what parenting.com says about benefit of shape sorter toy:
How about you? what kind of toys you have for your baby?..Shape sorters are classic toddler favorites, and with good reason: They're a fun challenge. By figuring out how to drop each piece into its proper hole, kids learn to categorize and eventually name shapes (a skill they master around age 2). Between 15 and 18 months, most kids will start to develop the hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills they need to be able to sort, says Natalie Geary, M.D., a developmental pediatrician in New York City.

Iris With Henny
Hello everyone! This meme is just perfect for me because my Mama Shengkay just made my blog last week. I'll be one of the pioneering of Kids in Doodles because Tita Willa mommy of Kuya Patrick and Kuya Kendrick made this meme just last Monday.
Photo was chosen by my Mama Shengkay. With me here is my henny pillow. She is my favorate pillow. I love to suck and bite her....hmmm...what do you call that? beak? you know her mouth. I love her color too! I know some of the mommy saw this photo in my Mama Sheng's home already. But since Mama is chronicling my growing up she'll probably post my old photo's here.
For my reference when I grow up, this photo was taken January 23, 2011. I was almost 4 months old in this photo.
